He's a little bit 1990s Tog. Better than Jakob Nielson, but still. Forget America, the future lies in Scandinavia: Jonas Lowgren - people like that.
Incidentally, I'd probably place Tog in the negativist category. Lots of prescriptions without ever really telling you how to build something good. I mean look at his site (or if you dare, Nielson's). Its horrible. Following the rules can only get you so far.
